Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute to transforming the electric pickup truck and rugged SUV market by:

  • Leading the design and engineering of air suspension components such as air springs, compressors, valves, height sensors, lines, reservoirs, and electronic control hardware.
  • Ensuring adherence to specifications, Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and performance targets.
  • Reviewing and releasing 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
  • Evaluating internal and external development plans, along with testing data.
  • Analyzing test results, identifying root causes, and spearheading design enhancements.
  • Collaborating with vehicle tuning and calibration engineers to achieve optimal ride comfort and handling.
  • Working alongside controls engineers to develop and refine air suspension control strategies, including leveling, damping, load management, and compressor duty cycle management.
  • Validating system performance through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) tools, CAN logs, and vehicle testing.
