Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Build and Maintain Relationships with Government and NGO Partners: Ensure Playground is included in discussions when governmental and NGO investments in child care occur. Collaborate with these partners to create project plans that optimize outcomes for child care providers. Manage Relationships with Government-Funded and Non-Profit Entities: Act as the main point of contact for government-funded organizations, shared services, and various state clients (including Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Arizona, Texas, and others as Playground expands). Develop trust with key decision-makers and devise customized strategies to enhance impact and growth across agencies. Encourage Provider Adoption: Formulate and implement strategies to boost the adoption of Playground’s platform among child care providers involved in state-funded initiatives. Organize and lead webinars, training sessions, and support materials tailored for government stakeholders and their networks. Monitor Program Effectiveness: Track and assess key performance metrics within government accounts. Identify potential risks and proactively apply solutions to enhance retention and satisfaction. Required Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
