Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all center operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company standards.
- Create and execute strategies aimed at business growth, customer satisfaction, and increased center profitability.
- Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of academic counselors, sales personnel, and support staff to achieve their goals.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) including enrollments, conversions, and retention rates.
- Maintain exemplary customer engagement through high service standards and effective resolution of escalations.
- Organize local marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and partnerships to drive lead generation and boost brand visibility.
- Ensure operational excellence through strategic scheduling, resource management, and process improvements.
- Analyze performance data and compile reports to offer insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Guarantee compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and academic operations to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
