Weekday-1 is actively seeking a passionate and results-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our client’s center in Bengaluru. This position is perfect for individuals who possess exceptional leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a drive for fostering business growth.

As Centre Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing daily operations, ensuring outstanding service delivery, leading diverse teams, and meeting revenue and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all center operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company standards.
  • Create and execute strategies aimed at business growth, customer satisfaction, and increased center profitability.
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of academic counselors, sales personnel, and support staff to achieve their goals.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) including enrollments, conversions, and retention rates.
  • Maintain exemplary customer engagement through high service standards and effective resolution of escalations.
  • Organize local marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and partnerships to drive lead generation and boost brand visibility.
  • Ensure operational excellence through strategic scheduling, resource management, and process improvements.
  • Analyze performance data and compile reports to offer insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Guarantee compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
