About the job
The Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Centria Autism works directly with children diagnosed with autism at the Tucson, Arizona center. This role follows treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and focuses on practical behavioral interventions that support both children and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in a center-based environment
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to encourage skill growth and positive behaviors
- Document and track each child's progress during sessions
Training and support
Centria Autism provides ongoing training and regular guidance for all RBTs. Staff have access to current ABA practices and receive support to develop their skills within the team.
