Thorough understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Strong leadership capabilities with effective team management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Solid grasp of quality control principles applicable to carpentry work. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders for effective project planning and execution.
  • Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for carpentry projects.
  • Monitor project progress, address any issues or delays, and enact corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage.
