- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to establish project specifications and requirements.
- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and construction workers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Delegate tasks and offer support to team members while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain exceptional craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders for effective project planning and execution.
- Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for carpentry projects.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues or delays, and enact corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage.
