Join Our Team as a Care Assistant – Driving License Required (Cambridge and Surrounding Villages)
Competitive Pay: £11.00 per hour + £0.30 per mile mileage allowance

At Bluebird Care, we offer you the freedom to choose your working hours. The only commitment is to work every other Saturday and Sunday, with an example schedule of Saturday – Morning, Lunch, Tea & Sunday – Morning, Tea, Bed.
You can then select the number of days you want to work each week, ensuring a perfect balance of work and life. We provide guaranteed hours, eliminating zero-hour contracts!
Available working patterns include:
3-Day Part Time Week
- Week 1: Three days from Monday to Friday
- Week 2: One day during the week plus Saturday and Sunday
4-Day Flexi Full Time Week
- Week 1: Four days from Monday to Friday
- Week 2: Two days in the week plus Saturday and Sunday
5-Day Full Time Week
- Week 1: Monday to Friday
- Week 2: Three days in the week plus Saturday and Sunday

Previous experience as a Care Assistant is valued, but we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in Retail, Travel (cabin crew), Hospitality, and Customer Service as they possess valuable transferable skills.
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver care and support tailored to the individual needs of each customer, assisting with personal care, companionship, social visits, meal preparation, shopping, medication reminders, and housekeeping.
