JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Cards & Clearing Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of Card & Clearing transactions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cards & Clearing Processing:
- Execute Card & Clearing tasks accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Utilize technical knowledge to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation.
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements consistently.
- Address customer inquiries effectively through various communication channels.
- Maintain open communication with team members, raising any issues or concerns promptly.
Customer Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, managing queries efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues or management as necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests within agreed timeframes.
