Qualifications
Lead the structuring process for all securitizations and loan sales, including Intex file setup, iteration, and cash flow model analysis. Evaluate the economic implications of various funding sources available through capital markets (including ABS transactions, whole loan sales, warehouse financing, and bulk sales). Assess third-party valuation agent credit assumptions and apply them to internal analyses regarding the fair market value of SoFi's managed loan pools. Track and monitor dashboards and spreadsheets that reflect the ongoing performance of our securitizations and transactions. Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to review and negotiate transactional terms through to execution. Provide strategic support and collaboration with internal stakeholders such as credit, legal, engineering, product, treasury, accounting, servicing, and finance. Assist in preparing content, communications, and due diligence for external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, rating agencies, data systems providers, law firms, trustees, custodians, and accounting firms. Provide additional ad hoc support as requested related to whole loan sales and asset-backed securitizations.

Role overview
The Capital Markets Structuring Manager leads structuring efforts within SoFi’s Capital Markets team. This position works at the intersection of several key groups, including capital markets, treasury, investor relations, legal, and IT. Regular interaction with external partners, such as broker-dealers, investors, and rating agencies, is also central to the role.
The main responsibility is to design and execute structures for Capital Markets transactions. Success in this position means building effective deal structures and ensuring smooth execution from initial concept through completion.
