Compassionate demeanor and a strong work ethic. High school diploma or higher; 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service preferred. Proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships with patients/customers. Previous experience in dispensing, retail, or patient service is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills; healthcare experience is advantageous. Desire to learn about products and assist patients effectively. Basic computer skills, including Point of Sale software, are required. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to address and resolve issues professionally. Flexible availability for scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Join our dynamic team at PharmaCann as a Cannabis Sales Consultant! Under the guidance of the General Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting various administrative, clinical, and operational functions within our fast-paced, patient-focused dispensary. Your responsibilities will include educating patients and caregivers about medical marijuana products under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in fulfilling practitioner recommendations and managing state-required documentation as per the Compassionate Care Act.
  • Organize and electronically file patient documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Efficiently triage and manage documentation tasks for Pharmacists.
  • Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and support overall dispensary operations.
  • Process patient recommendations with direct pharmacist supervision.
  • Support audit activities for the Dispensary Unit.
  • Provide exceptional patient service and education on products.
  • Utilize PharmaCann’s Point of Sale system accurately.
  • Ensure the dispensary environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
  • Act as a safety officer and adhere to all security measures.
  • Back up courier and OSS roles as needed, maintaining a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
