Join Our Growing Team as a Call Centre Team Manager - Utilities

Due to significant growth, our client is looking to add 2 more Team Managers to their dynamic operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 advisors
- Offer support and strategic advice to enhance operations within the call centre
- Conduct monthly one-on-ones to assess Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver side-by-side coaching and constructive feedback to advisors
- Review and refine company policies to ensure optimal customer outcomes
- Oversee the customer journey and resolve complaints, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Guide advisors through complex calls utilizing past experiences and insights

This is a permanent position, with interviews scheduled in the coming weeks. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Working Hours: Flexibility is required, as hours will be between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a pension scheme, 28 days of holiday, and a fantastic working environment.
