Join Our Team as a California Lifeline Customer Care Representative!
We are seeking dedicated individuals for both full-time and part-time roles in Riverside. This position offers flexible hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with competitive pay starting at $14 per hour plus opportunities for bonuses. As a vital part of our outreach program, you will assist in distributing telecommunication devices to those in need within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding ongoing issues.
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries and problems, providing exceptional service through phone and chat support.
- Document activities and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Ideal Candidate:
You should be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask. The role requires reliability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Location:
This role is primarily outdoors at our kiosk locations in Riverside, Redlands, Corona, Moreno Valley, Perris, Hemet, and San Jacinto. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Riverside for office meetings, paycheck collection, and product pick-up.
