Ideal Candidate:Proven experience leading EHV/HV cabling projects up to 132kV, covering all phases from design to completion. Familiarity with National Grid, SSE, SPENW, and other transmission and distribution network operators. Knowledge of street works and permit submission processes, including local council liaison. Experience managing design requirements and commercial budgets for cabling projects. Strong background in project management practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of strategic bids and tenders.
  • Oversee successful project delivery, ensuring all key milestones are met.
  • Approve project scope, plans, and estimates.
  • Ensure team consistency in project controls, including PMP, QA/QC, and CPP.
  • Manage project planning, risk assessment, and financial controls.
  • Optimize resource allocation and resolve conflicting project demands.
  • Promote performance management practices within project teams.
  • Deliver high-quality project programming and monthly reporting.
  • Lead issue resolution and provide guidance as necessary.
