Requirements:Must be local or willing to commute to Lower Manhattan, NYC (Downtown). At least 3 years of experience in computer hardware repair, paired with excellent customer service and hands-on technical skills. Proficient in: Windows and Apple devices, Active Directory, File & Printer Servers, Office 365/Google Suite Administration, Adobe Creative Cloud, Networking and Network Switches, and Hardware Installations/Troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of: VoIP Systems, Video Conference Systems, Systems and Network Security, System backup, and Imaging. Skills needed include:Outstanding customer service capabilities. Strong hands-on technical support skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and network administration tasks, including:Network Equipment (servers, firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi, switches). Workstations (desktops, laptops, monitors). Inventory management of computers, peripherals, and software licenses. Peripheral devices (printers, scanners, docking stations). Audio-visual equipment and backup solutions. Provide training and education to clients regarding products and services. Complete daily checklists, continuously monitor work queues, and ensure all assigned tickets are reviewed by the end of your shift. Document and implement client processes, creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for processes including New User Setup & Termination (Active Directory), Workstation Setup Guides, and Network Diagrams. Collaborate with the Technical Account Manager to address client needs.
