Your Role
Design and implement comprehensive Go-to-Market and billing systems that facilitate intricate pricing models and usage-based monetization.
Architect robust, scalable integrations between Salesforce and various financial systems, including CPQ, billing, invoicing, ERP, and data platforms.
Develop and manage ETL pipelines to efficiently transfer raw and rated usage data across data warehouses, billing platforms, and financial systems, ensuring support for complex billing scenarios.
Create and maintain automated billing workflows, encompassing usage ingestion, rating, invoicing, and revenue data synchronization.
Assess, implement, and oversee integration architectures (such as event-driven, ETL, and iPaaS-based) to bolster scalable billing and revenue operations.
Take ownership of the overall health of billing and revenue systems, monitoring data accuracy, synchronization, and operational performance across platforms.
Lead the rollout of new billing capabilities as our business models evolve, ensuring systems can adapt to increasing pricing and usage complexities.
Act as a liaison between Engineering, Finance, RevOps, and GTM teams, translating product usage and monetization requirements into actionable insights.
