Pinterest’s Revenue Tech & Innovation team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II, Sales Systems. This position is based in either San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. The role focuses on strengthening the sales organization by improving systems, streamlining workflows, and driving operational upgrades.
This analyst leads core technology projects with minimal supervision and collaborates with partners across the business. The work involves defining, designing, testing, and launching enhancements that help sellers work more efficiently. Projects often require balancing both business and technical considerations, especially within Salesforce and related sales technologies.
What You Will Do
- Gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, support testing, and manage the rollout of system projects and enhancements across Salesforce and tools such as Highspot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Support initiatives that improve seller workflows, streamline internal processes, and increase efficiency across the sales organization, with a focus on integrating AI tools into every project.
- Work with stakeholders to identify operational challenges, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend system or process changes that address business needs.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment when addressing business and technical challenges of moderate complexity.
- Experience working with Salesforce and related sales technology.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
