Business Systems Analyst Role
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of requirements and system enhancements, recommending optimal design approaches and alternative solutions.
- Translate regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and manage change requests to ensure project alignment with scope.
- Provide insights on enhancing business processes and understand the technology's implications for both current and future business scenarios.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the BSA/AML team's processes and operations, serving as a subject matter expert for DSA.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure precise understanding of business requirements.
- Work with the Testing team to organize test plans and test scripts derived from functional specifications, addressing defects and enhancements effectively.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and vendor product offerings.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to ensure product deliverables meet their needs.
- Act as a liaison among business partners, BSA/AML teams, and technical teams.
- Schedule and lead project team meetings, documenting and sharing meeting minutes as necessary.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating attention to detail, responsiveness, independent thought, and critical thinking skills.
