About the Role
We are in search of a Business Operations & Strategy Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our strategic initiatives. In this role, you will translate strategic concepts into actionable plans, manage our operational processes, and oversee critical cross-functional projects vital to our company’s success.
This position is ideal for an individual transitioning from a consulting background who craves diversity in their work and the opportunity to witness the real-world impact of their recommendations. Your projects will span from M&A diligence to comprehensive company planning, often juggling multiple initiatives at once.
You will report directly to the Head of BizOps & Strategy and collaborate closely with our Finance, Data, and Technology leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Company & Leadership Operations:
Coordinate leadership meetings to ensure productive discussions take place with the necessary context.
Influence how the executive team allocates their time and makes critical decisions.
Organize strategic workshops, offsite meetings, and alignment sessions.
Insights & Data:
Create models, forecasts, and scenarios to assist in goal-setting and resource allocation.
Collaborate with the Data team to analyze retention rates, growth drivers, and product performance metrics.
Convert complex data into actionable insights for the leadership and board.
Partnership Management:
Oversee the partnership pipeline from initial assessment to final execution.
Conduct thorough partnership diligence, evaluating strategic alignment, commercial terms, and integration challenges.
Develop financial models to assess partnership ROI, scenario planning, and business case evaluations.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (product, tech, legal) to ensure successful partnership execution.
