We are seeking a dedicated Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. The Team

The Business Operations & Strategy team is a close-knit group that leads essential initiatives across Scale, offering strategic, operational, and analytical support to various departments including product, engineering, sales, and marketing. As we experience rapid growth, we face complex challenges with ambiguous causes and undefined solutions. The BizOps team dives into Scale’s most pressing issues on a project basis, providing clarity and driving outcomes by systematically analyzing problems. Each team member must be agile, willing to engage in strategic projects while also managing day-to-day operations; no task is too small.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve Scale’s challenging yet ambiguous issues, structuring them effectively to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Gain deep insights into our operations and data, becoming an expert on Scale’s workings and the AI industry.
  • Establish high-trust relationships across the organization to partner and influence outcomes beyond your immediate scope.
  • Own your work and its results—while we support each other as a team, you will have significant autonomy to manage your responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with and support the Scale executive team as we navigate the most challenging decisions for the business.
  • Assist in incubating, establishing, and scaling new teams.
  • Design, manage, and refine the operational and analytical systems that drive Scale's success.
  • Eventually transition to assuming full ownership of a specific role, team, or opportunity within Scale.
