Your Role
You will serve as the operational backbone of Superhuman's Mail division, turning strategic objectives into actionable plans, accelerating decision-making processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of our most impactful initiatives. As a trusted collaborator with the Executive Team, your role will involve fostering alignment, integrating AI efficiencies into our operations, and maintaining peak organizational performance. This position is located in our San Francisco hub and necessitates in-office attendance three times per week.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the Mail Operating System to enhance efficiency and clarity
Oversee and refine the business unit's operational rhythm (OKRs, business reviews, offsites, weekly forums) to ensure maximum focus and execution speed.
Develop systems to provide leadership with real-time insights into business performance (dashboards, scorecards, planning frameworks).
Integrate AI into essential workflows — testing and scaling tools that enhance productivity, improve decision-making quality, and minimize manual tasks.
Transform data and insights into actionable recommendations that facilitate quicker, higher-quality decisions.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and execution to guarantee successful project delivery
Lead critical cross-functional initiatives as Project Management Officer (PMO) — from scope definition through delivery.
