What We’re Looking For
We are on the hunt for a results-driven Business Operations & Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical problem solver with exceptional critical thinking skills capable of rapidly pinpointing the core drivers of our business. You will work at the cutting edge of AI tools and capabilities to enhance systems across essential business functions. This role encompasses aspects of analysis, strategy, project management, and system development.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will tackle complex business challenges by analyzing data across various workstreams to generate actionable insights. You will lead and execute operational and strategic planning initiatives that directly and measurably affect our business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate across departments to implement impactful projects and establish new processes to enhance operational scalability.
Act as a strategic partner by identifying issues, constructing models, and analyzing data to provide recommendations that enhance financial and operational decision-making throughout the organization.
Utilize AI and automation technologies to expedite execution, including but not limited to Claude Code, Cursor, and custom-built MCPs.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
Assist the leadership team in executing various operational and strategic initiatives.
Oversee, manage, and report on payment activities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks.
Support sales and customer success teams in overcoming complex challenges.
Identify inefficiencies within the organization and enhance processes or create automations to eliminate these inefficiencies.
