OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive BizOps Associate who is eager to contribute to the success of various departments, including GTM, Product, Community, Recruiting, and more.
This role is ideal for individuals who aspire to:
- Gain insight into the operations of a dynamic startup.
- Engage in and manage cross-functional projects across diverse teams.
- Collaborate closely with our General Manager/Chief of Staff and other leaders.
- Learn the intricacies of scaling a high-growth startup from within.
- Face daily challenges and accelerate personal growth beyond traditional career paths.
Location: This position is fully remote, with expectations to align with NYC hours during onboarding and gradually transition to a sustainable work rhythm. Successful candidates will thrive in an asynchronous work environment, utilizing tools like documents, Slack, and Looms for communication and documentation while taking extreme ownership of their responsibilities.
