Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate confidently and concisely with senior stakeholders. A talent for visual storytelling—capable of crafting presentations that resonate with business leaders and facilitate decision-making through PowerPoint or Google Slides. Strong numerical fluency—whether building simple models or quantifying impact, you are comfortable and skilled in Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take on diverse roles across pre-sales, account strategy, and internal operations.

The Role

This position is pivotal in driving value creation: pinpointing revenue opportunities and establishing processes to ensure we maximize our financial potential. Collaborating with implementation teams, project leaders, and executive partners, you will facilitate customer growth, engage in strategic renewal discussions, and support pre-sales initiatives through impactful value narratives.

In this role, you will instill effective practices — meticulously tracking contracts, preparing for renewals proactively, establishing appropriate governance structures (such as Steering Committee Meetings), and ensuring our communications consistently articulate business value that resonates with key decision-makers.
