The Role
We seek a proactive and insightful Business Operations and Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on account growth, operational efficiency, and commercial strategy. This pivotal role involves uncovering untapped revenue opportunities and establishing systems to maximize value. You will collaborate closely with implementation teams, project leaders, and executive stakeholders to facilitate customer expansions, engage in strategic renewal discussions, and bolster pre-sales initiatives through effective value communication.
Your mission will be to embed effective practices into our operations, tracking contracts meticulously, preparing for renewals proactively, establishing appropriate external governance structures (like Steering Committee Meetings), and ensuring our efforts are consistently articulated in terms that resonate with decision-makers.
