What We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in management consulting or business operations/strategy, preferably with exposure to top-tier or boutique firms, along with start-up experience being a plus. Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to communicate confidently and concisely to senior stakeholders. A talent for visual storytelling — adept at crafting impactful presentations that influence business leaders and drive decisions via PowerPoint/Google Slides. Numerical fluency— skilled in building simple models or quantifying impacts, and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to navigate ambiguity and wear multiple hats across pre-sales, account strategy, and internal operations.

The Role

We seek a proactive and insightful Business Operations and Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on account growth, operational efficiency, and commercial strategy. You will collaborate closely with implementation teams, project leaders, and executive stakeholders to facilitate customer expansions, engage in strategic renewal discussions, and bolster pre-sales initiatives through effective value communication.

Your mission will be to embed effective practices into our operations, tracking contracts meticulously, preparing for renewals proactively, establishing appropriate external governance structures (like Steering Committee Meetings), and ensuring our efforts are consistently articulated in terms that resonate with decision-makers.
