Key Responsibilities:Sales & Contract Operations Support: Manage daily contract and legal operations, keeping track of active deals, outstanding agreements, and legal priorities to ensure a seamless sales process. Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to prevent any oversight. RFP Management: Identify and track RFP opportunities, assisting in responses while maintaining a tracking dashboard for deadlines and outcomes. Research tools and strategies to create a sustainable revenue pipeline through continuous RFP efforts. Onboarding Processes – Client & Vendor: Assist with onboarding procedures for new clients and vendors, including establishing AccuWeather as a vendor, coordinating new client setups, and managing internal approval processes for vendors and invoices. Business Intelligence & CRM Reporting: Contribute to data entry, reporting, and maintenance across platforms such as Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, F&O, Clay, and Seamless. AI, while assisting in identifying at-risk accounts in collaboration with the Accounting team. AI-Powered Workflows: Utilize AI tools to streamline the efficiency and quality of RFP responses, security questionnaires, and other recurring operational tasks. Procurement & Invoice Processing: Support procurement workflows, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing within Finance & Operations (F&O). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments including Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, IT, Forecasting Operations, and Marketing, gaining comprehensive exposure to various operational facets.
