Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their business needs and challenges.
- Translate intricate business requirements into clear product and solution designs.
- Utilize your comprehensive banking industry knowledge to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Propose cutting-edge products and solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Serve as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Lead transformation projects aimed at achieving operational excellence, improved customer experiences, and sustainable growth.
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience is essential, alongside strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Hands-on experience in conducting customer workshops for requirement gathering, presenting solution designs, and proficiency in creating BRD, Functional Specification documents, and process flows.
- Proven success in collaborative team environments.
