About Bedrock Data
At Bedrock Data, we recognize that the pace of data movement often outstrips the ability to secure it. Our innovative approach has led to the development of the industry's first Metadata Lake, which serves as a comprehensive map of your data landscape, detailing its nature, location, user interactions, and sensitivity without actually relocating the data. This groundbreaking solution empowers enterprises to automate their security and governance processes seamlessly, ensuring continuous and unobtrusive data protection. Trusted by global leaders across technology, finance, healthcare, and biotech sectors, Bedrock Data is backed by a $25 million Series A funding round led by Greylock, and is spearheaded by seasoned founders familiar with building top-tier enterprise platforms such as Sumo Logic, Rubrik, and Cohesity. The Role
As a BI Analytics Intern, you'll be at the forefront of building systems that transform raw data into actionable insights. Your contributions will be vital in establishing our analytics framework within Salesforce, extracting meaningful insights from data, and creating a reliable source of truth for our internal data assets, thus ensuring alignment between our Sales and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Forecasting Dashboards: Lead the design and implementation of bespoke analytics within Salesforce. You will create KPI reports to monitor pipeline health and sales velocity, and develop comprehensive forecasting dashboards to provide leadership with clear insights into projected revenue and quota achievement. You will also audit existing Salesforce data quality, collaborating with stakeholders to clean, normalize, and structure data for dependable reporting.
Finance & RevOps Reporting: Act as a bridge between sales activities and financial performance. You will design finance dashboards in Salesforce to monitor key metrics (e.g., ARR, pipeline, and win rates), ensuring that the Finance team has timely access to accurate and reliable data. Additionally, you will assist in establishing a rhythm of automated, self-service reporting for Sales and Finance leadership.
