Role Overview and Impact
The Marketing Sciences team is pivotal in propelling our clients’ growth by embedding data and analytics into their marketing strategies. Collaborating with senior marketing and business leaders, we deliver insightful analytical solutions to their most pressing challenges. Our team is dedicated to:
- Discovering innovative methods to leverage data and analytics for revealing impactful marketing insights that spur client growth
- Creating and executing measurement and effectiveness frameworks that enhance marketing performance
- Developing new analytical tools and products to uncover growth opportunities and enhance client marketing performance
- Fostering a culture of effectiveness in client marketing through advocacy for experimentation, testing, and continuous learning
As a Business Director, you will cultivate and expand relationships with senior clients, becoming their trusted advisor. You will tackle their marketing challenges by diagnosing issues and crafting and implementing analytical solutions.
You will oversee the execution of analytics and marketing effectiveness projects, supervising analyst teams to ensure business insights, technical guidance, and quality assurance are met.
Beyond project work, you will assist agency strategists and media planners by offering analytical decision support for daily media planning and optimization. You will ensure that insights from analytics projects are effectively communicated and integrated into strategic decision-making.
