As we continue to expand rapidly, we are on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with lumber yards and building material dealers
• Schedule product demonstrations and assist throughout initial sales processes
• Transition into managing a complete book of business, overseeing closings, account growth, and renewals
• Develop and refine outbound sales processes as the company scales
• Contribute to the formulation of SalesJack's market approach and messaging
Qualifications
• You possess a strong drive, tenacity, and comfort with cold calling
• You enjoy problem-solving and are willing to get hands-on
• You communicate effectively and confidently with business owners, general managers, and sales leaders
• You can quickly build rapport and adeptly handle objections
• An interest in construction, building materials, or trades is advantageous
