Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at QIMA, you will spearhead our efforts to drive new business growth, focusing on building a robust sales pipeline from scratch. Your primary objective is to proactively identify, engage, and qualify new prospects through strategic outbound initiatives. This role is tailored for a driven individual who thrives on the challenge of creating new opportunities and laying the groundwork for a successful sales career within a globally influential company.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Strategy
· Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers within our ideal customer profile (ICP) across retail, fashion, and manufacturing sectors.
· Develop a profound understanding of target verticals to customize messaging that addresses specific industry pain points.
· Leverage sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM) to create accurate and targeted contact lists.
Multi-Channel Outreach & Engagement
· Design and implement a strategic, multi-touch outreach campaign across email, phone, and social channels to initiate new conversations.
· Compose engaging, personalized messaging that effectively communicates QIMA’s value proposition and addresses the challenges faced by prospects.
· Diligently follow up with prospects to penetrate the noise and secure initial meetings.
Lead Qualification & Scheduling
· Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects based on strategic alignment, budget, authority, need, and timeline.
· Accurately document qualification criteria and subsequent steps in the CRM.
· Schedule and transfer well-qualified meetings and opportunities to Business Development Managers.
CRM & Data Management
· Carefully maintain all prospect information, communication history, and lead status in the CRM.
· Ensure data accuracy to support reliable pipeline reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
· Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing to refine targeting and messaging based on outcomes and feedback.
· Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights on market trends and competitive intelligence gathered from prospecting activities.
What Success Looks Like:
· Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities generated.
· High activity levels (calls, emails) and positive engagement rates.
· A clean, accurate, and actionable outbound pipeline.
· Positive feedback from internal team members regarding the quality of opportunities generated.
