Docker is on the lookout for a driven Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven history of success in qualifying leads for both commercial and enterprise-level accounts.
Responsibilities:
Implement prospecting strategies to engage existing Docker users who exhibit a desire to obtain commercial licenses.
Analyze the needs and challenges faced by potential customers.
Assess the prospect's interest in Docker solutions.
Coordinate discovery meetings between sales representatives and prospects.
Meet and exceed targets for qualified prospects and new opportunities.
Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding Docker products.
Create a positive first impression with prospects and customers by providing value at every interaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback.
Participate in team development and mentoring initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales position.
Demonstrated success in previous sales roles.
Proactive approach and strong motivation.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability and eagerness to gain in-depth knowledge of the industry and our product's use cases and value propositions.
Integrity and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
