Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business pipeline through strategic prospecting and proactive outreach.
  • Identify and research decision-makers across various channels (LinkedIn, industry publications, networking).
  • Implement tailored multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, video, social media).
  • Engage with C-suite and senior executives at rapidly growing ecommerce companies.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
  • Assess prospects using established sales methodologies and facilitate seamless transitions to Account Executives.
  • Stay updated on ecommerce industry trends and challenges.
  • Monitor and assess outreach performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, with a preference for candidates with financial services knowledge.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing/Selling strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives effectively.
  • Self-driven with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Innovative problem-solver who excels in dynamic environments.
