We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to become a valuable member of our dynamic sales team. This is a salaried position with a monthly quota and a tiered commission structure. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, the BDR will implement effective sales strategies aimed at boosting business revenue while identifying and engaging potential customers to create new business opportunities.
As a leader in sustainability management, Novisto provides a SaaS platform that enables organizations to enhance data collection, improve data integrity, benchmark performance, and engage more effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing outbound sales efforts through email, calls, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Conducting discovery meetings with high-value prospects to explore potential business engagements.
- Setting up qualified introductory meetings for the sales team to advance the sales process.
- Identifying customer pain points and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Nurturing early-stage opportunities to enhance the future sales pipeline.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contributions.
