We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated early-career sales professional to become part of our telecom infrastructure sales team in Denver.

This position is tailored for individuals eager to understand the inner workings of major telecom networks while honing their outbound sales expertise.

You will collaborate closely with seasoned telecom sales professionals while cultivating your own pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

Your Sales Focus

This organization empowers network operators to enhance their infrastructure capabilities through:

  • Optical transport equipment
  • IP transport infrastructure
  • Carrier-grade network hardware
  • Lifecycle equipment sourcing
  • Repurpose and reuse telecom hardware solutions

Your clientele will include:

  • Mobile network operators
  • Cable companies and MSOs
  • Broadband providers
  • Enterprise network operators

Your Key Responsibilities

You will concentrate on developing your pipeline and discovering opportunities among telecom infrastructure purchasers.

Key duties include:

  • High-volume outbound prospecting
  • Identifying and qualifying telecom infrastructure opportunities
  • Engaging with network engineering and planning teams
  • Supporting senior sales representatives on larger carrier accounts
  • Independently managing smaller deal cycles
  • Rapidly building technical knowledge in telecom infrastructure

Measuring Success

This role is ideal for an individual with a relentless work ethic and strong outbound discipline.

Typical expectations include:

  • 60+ outbound calls weekly
  • Up to 12 in-person meetings per week with telecom buyers
  • Continuous prospecting within target telecom accounts
  • Robust pipeline development

Qualifications

Ideal Background

Strong candidates may possess experience in:

  • Entry-level B2B sales
  • Telecom hardware environments
  • Network services organizations
  • OEM or distributor ecosystems

Familiarity with companies such as Cisco, Ciena, Nokia, Juniper, or similar telecom vendors is beneficial but not required.
