Role Overview: 

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in our North America Sales team, collaborating closely with Account Executives as you advance your career through our Sales Career Track. This fast-paced position is an ideal entry point into the SaaS sales landscape. You will learn the essentials of expanding Aircall's customer base through effective prospecting and qualifying of potential clients, with the opportunity to transition into an outbound closing role as you succeed. 

We are looking for passionate, driven, and ambitious candidates who are aligned with our mission—our all-stars thrive together! The ideal candidate will be motivated by Aircall’s impressive company trajectory and considerable personal earning potential, including uncapped commission. We seek a team player eager to learn and grow within the Revenue organization and to build a career with us.

This position operates in a hybrid model based in NYC.
