Qualifications
What You Will Be Responsible For:Establish and uphold key performance indicators (KPIs) and compensation frameworks focused on outcomes, particularly revenue (quality versus quantity). Execute high-impact B2B lead generation initiatives, overseeing lead data from acquisition through to conversion while ensuring precision and consistency. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting, cold calling, and networking by analyzing market and competitor trends. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation aligns with commercial objectives, enabling the achievement of annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals. Implement new business development strategies informed by data, messaging, events, and available tools. Required Specialist Skills:Proficient in using CRM systems for prospecting, automation, and reporting on outbound sales activities; experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience with Amplemarket or similar tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Clay. Good understanding of AI tools and experience utilizing them. Background in devtools, cloud infrastructure, cloud security, or related fields.
