This Business Development Representative role focuses on supporting Emplifi’s growth in the LATAM region. Based in either Sao Paulo or Mexico City, this position sits within the Sales team and works closely with colleagues across international offices.
Role overview
The main goal is to connect with decision-makers at leading brands throughout Latin America. Success in this role relies on persistence, creativity, and strong research skills. Much of the work involves proactive outreach, including cold calling and using platforms like LinkedIn. Experience in marketing or brand storytelling is considered an advantage.
What you will do
- Identify and engage key decision-makers at major brands to create new business opportunities. Conduct needs assessment calls with assigned prospects.
- Support both Marketing and Sales by generating leads and qualifying inbound and outbound prospects through phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
- Collaborate with an assigned Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager, as well as the marketing team, to help meet personal and team sales targets. Assist in developing prospect communication plans and ensure effective product demonstrations.
- Present Emplifi’s value proposition and set up online product demos and in-person meetings for Account Executives or Regional Sales Managers.
