ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential leads through diverse channels including professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach. Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to synchronize initiatives and create targeted lists, campaigns, and additional strategies aimed at engaging prospects. Assess leads as viable sales opportunities and arrange meetings for the Sales team. Document lead information and interactions within Salesforce while ensuring exemplary CRM practices. Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development within digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS. Strong enthusiasm for the digital asset sector and a curiosity for new concepts including protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs. Adaptability and eagerness to learn about new products and technologies in a rapidly evolving environment. Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce. Strong critical thinking abilities, effective communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

We are excited to enhance our team with the addition of a Business Development Representative stationed in New York, who will report directly to our Managing Director, Head of Institutional Sales. This role presents an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with a background in cryptocurrency, financial services, or technology sales. As an individual contributor, your primary focus will be on prospecting new leads and identifying qualified opportunities for our Sales team.
