The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate interest in Stuut’s platform and facilitate initial engagements with prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and executive teams to cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities that drive Stuut’s expansion.

This is a pivotal role for an individual who excels in a fast-paced setting, enjoys forging relationships, and is passionate about laying the groundwork for Stuut’s market success. As one of the inaugural members of this team, you will help establish the benchmark for how we connect with prospects and represent our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage in high-volume outreach to prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Make 120 cold calls daily and send 40+ outbound emails.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and personalized product demonstrations to address each prospect's unique business challenges.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring precise forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop strategic account plans to enhance revenue and engagement with mid-market clients.
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
  • Represent Stuut at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to elevate our brand visibility.
  • Provide insights to product and marketing teams to enhance messaging, features, and go-to-market strategies.
