About the Role
We are on the lookout for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead our full cycle and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in prospecting, engaging with clients, and closing opportunities, while also guiding new clients through their onboarding and initial months with us.
You will closely collaborate with our Operations team and Key Account Managers (KAM) to ensure every new client has a seamless start with Autolab.
Your Mission at Autolab
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting.
- Conduct presentations and support the negotiation process.
- Close opportunities effectively.
- Follow up on pilot testing and onboarding for each new client.
- Support clients through their first 90 days with Autolab.
- Coordinate with Operations and KAM to ensure adoption and success.
- Maintain updated records of your pipeline and internal metrics.
