Your Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our growth within healthcare providers, medical billing firms, and pharmacy hubs. You will be pivotal in our market strategy—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to create high-quality leads for our sales team. If you are proactive, have a keen interest in AI and healthcare, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!

This position is based in New York City.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns with the Marketing team.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to identify customer needs and evaluate suitability.

  • Effectively communicate Prosper's value proposition and secure follow-up meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

  • Provide valuable market and customer insights to Sales and Product teams.

Qualifications

  • 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or AI sectors.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
