Qualifications

Expectations:4–7 years of experience in business development, client partnerships, or consultative sales in IT services or software engineering. Demonstrated experience in executing outbound sales strategies. Proven ability to independently generate opportunities for selling software and IT services in US, Canada, UK&I, BeNeLux, Scandinavia, DACH, and GCC markets. Capability to independently lead full sales cycles and close mid-size deals (up to 500k PLN). Solid understanding of IT service models (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Retainers). Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities. Fluent in English (C1+); Polish language skills are not required. Preferred Qualifications:Expertise in digital commerce and familiarity with ecosystems like Shopify, SAP Commerce, Salesforce, OMS, PIM/MDM, or headless architectures.

Salary:

  • PLN 11,400 - 16,800 monthly before tax (Long-term contract B2B) + 16 paid days off & bonuses.
  • PLN 9,500 - 14,000 monthly gross (Contract of employment) + bonuses.

Your Role:

  • Lead outbound prospecting initiatives targeting mid-market and select enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including CxOs, Product Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to solution proposal and closure.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and CoE leaders in Commerce, Applied AI, and Innovation Engineering to craft and position compelling solutions.
  • Work alongside marketing and GTM teams to develop co-branded campaigns, events, and thought leadership content.
  • Monitor performance metrics concerning pipeline development, deal velocity, margin contributions, and client satisfaction.
  • Exercise strong ownership in managing your pipeline, forecasting, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
