Role Overview: Business Development Representative
This in-person, full-time position is based in either Santa Monica or Tribeca. The Business Development Representative joins the sales and growth team, focusing on expanding Eventual’s distribution network. The role centers on building relationships with insurance agents, setting up product demos, and guiding new partners through onboarding. Agility, rapid experimentation, and attention to detail are valued here.
What You Will Do
- Design and execute strategies to generate leads and schedule meetings with insurance agents.
- Assess and implement growth automation tools to support distribution goals.
- Work closely with company leadership to refine messaging and product positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report performance metrics directly to the founders.
