The Role:

We are in search of a dedicated Business Development Representative to secure appointments with qualified prospects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your manager and the Account Executive team to expand DailyPay’s sales pipeline.

We encourage applications from recent graduates eager to kickstart their careers in Business Development. No prior sales experience is required; we offer comprehensive training and mentorship designed to ensure your success in this position.

Your Impact:

  • Become a specialist in DailyPay through our extensive training program, positioning you as a premier brand ambassador.

  • Deliver a customer-centric sales experience.

  • Prospect new enterprise clients by conducting market research and reaching out via calls and emails.

  • Qualify leads, navigate objections, and drive opportunity generation.

  • Assist in managing new lead-generation initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Proven relationship-building skills.

  • A results-oriented mindset with high motivation, competitiveness, and resourcefulness.

  • Adaptability and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical proficiency is a plus, particularly with CRM tools, but training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
