The Business Development Representative, based in New York, works to build strong relationships with global brands. This role uses data and strategic thinking to expand the sales pipeline and contribute to team objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Drive growth: Generate qualified meetings by reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Improve processes: Review and refine workflows. Manage the pipeline efficiently and seek ways to improve conversion rates using data analysis and A/B testing.
- Use sales tools: Work with CRM systems, Intent Data, and enrichment tools. Explore new technologies and approaches to uncover additional opportunities.
- Ensure data quality: Keep CRM records accurate and current, treating data integrity as a core responsibility.
