The Business Development Representative position is part of the GYC (Get Your Car) Advertising team. This commercial group drives growth in carwow’s Used and New Car Advertising business. The team operates with a startup mindset: small, agile, and focused on evolving products and processes with minimal barriers.

  • New Car Advertising: An established, high-performing product with strong market fit and limited competition.
  • Used Car Advertising: A newer, fast-evolving area that is still being validated and faces more competition.

Role overview

This Business Development Representative role in London centers on building the foundation for carwow’s Used Car Advertising business. The main focus is on generating a strong outbound pipeline, developing strategies for dealer outreach, and helping to establish early performance benchmarks.

Main focus

The primary responsibility is to create a qualified pipeline through cold outbound outreach, especially for Used Car Advertising. This role does not involve closing sales or handling warm leads. Success depends on discipline, resilience, and a willingness to learn in a results-driven setting.
