Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within professional services (e.g., accounting, tax, payroll, corporate services). Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for engaging effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, acquiring new clients, and securing contracts. Strong business acumen and familiarity with corporate services. Proven experience in client engagement and relationship management, with a comfort level in interacting with a diverse clientele. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

This position requires an energetic and results-driven professional to design and implement effective sales strategies that promote our diverse offerings, including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial services, with a focus on meeting revenue and growth objectives.

Your role will involve proactively identifying potential clients and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and comprehensive market research. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact and ensuring their satisfaction through tailored solutions. Your ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals will be key to showcasing the value of our services.

In collaboration with various internal departments, you will stay updated on industry regulations to align our services with client expectations, while also monitoring market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge. Furthermore, you will explore cross-selling opportunities by connecting clients with relevant business heads to leverage our full suite of services.
