Role Responsibilities:
Expand our presence in the Central London market by targeting end-user organizations across various sectors.
Identify and exploit opportunities within your territory, guiding prospects from initial contact through to negotiation and closing.
Engage with senior-level decision-makers to establish meaningful connections.
Develop a robust sales pipeline of new business opportunities to consistently meet sales targets.
Identify and maximize sales opportunities within our existing customer base.
Create new channels for selling consumables from our inventory.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven Business Development Manager with a strong drive to succeed, particularly in medium to long sales cycles.
Commercially savvy with a successful track record in bidding and securing contracts of various values.
Demonstrated expertise in service and solution sales.
A collaborative team player with exceptional presentation skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal staff to support your initiatives.
Experience in selling Contract Cleaning Services or related sectors is essential.
Charismatic with an ability to identify business opportunities, schedule appointments with senior contacts, and foster new business growth.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey and present solutions to a range of audiences, from small business owners to board members, alongside the Managing Director.
Organized, computer literate, and adept at prioritizing and achieving results.
Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure based on performance.
