The International Business Advisor plays a crucial role in fostering and enhancing the growth of our Master Franchise partners across Europe and other designated territories. This position blends both in-person and remote assistance, addressing all facets of franchise operations.Serve as the primary representative and relationship manager for Master Franchisees throughout Europe, nurturing robust, trustworthy, and commercially viable partnerships.Act as the initial contact for European Master Franchisees regarding franchise development, growth, and performance, particularly focusing on sub-unit franchise sales.Provide coaching and support to Master Franchisees, assisting them in effectively recruiting, qualifying, and converting sub-unit franchise candidates to enhance both the quality and volume of franchise sales.Participate in Discovery Days and franchise candidate tours, supporting Master Franchisees and ensuring that the franchisor’s standards, messaging, and expectations are consistently upheld.Attend and provide assistance at franchise expos and trade shows across Europe and other regions as necessary, guiding Master Franchisees on best practices for exhibition execution, lead management, and follow-up procedures.Offer operational and commercial advisory support to Master Franchisees, including insights on:Key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metricsFranchisee profitability and unit economicsStructuring and scaling local support teamsManaging franchisee issues, disputes, and escalationsApplication and enforcement of franchise systems and standardsProactively set expectations and enforce franchisor guidelines, policies, and operational standards, escalating issues as necessary in accordance with franchisor governance.Oversee and support royalty collection and financial reporting from Master Franchisees, ensuring timely reporting, transparency, and compliance with franchise agreements.Identify and champion growth opportunities within each territory, focusing on network expansion, performance improvement strategies, and capability enhancement for Master Franchisees.Collaborate closely with members of the Global Department and brand-level leadership teams to ensure synergy between regional actions and global brand objectives.Promote and facilitate Master Franchisee engagement in franchisor-led initiatives, which include attendance and participation in events such as Master Summits, conferences, and strategic meetings.Travel extensively throughout Europe and occasionally to Africa, the Middle East, and the United States to support Master Franchise partners.
