Your Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Pepperstone's growth throughout the Asia region. You will be responsible for managing all clients within Singapore and the broader APAC area, overseeing the entire client lifecycle—from sales and conversion to support, retention, and premium client relationship management. Your strategic vision will be crucial for identifying growth opportunities and executing initiatives that will expand our presence in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the sales strategy for Singapore.
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Managing new business acquisition and premium client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with Compliance and legal teams to address regulatory challenges.
- Working with the Marketing team to tailor client communication and campaigns for the Singapore market.
- Researching market opportunities and presenting growth strategies.
- Leading projects and initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive regional development.
